Location! Cozy Manito hideaway

We live in a darling well manicured neighborhood on The South Hill close to downtown, with beautiful areas to walk and enjoy the scenery. Manito Park is a short two block walk encompasses 90 acres beautiful trees, gardens, playgrounds, and walking trails. This is an ideal location for medical professionals. We've hosted several travel nurses! Sacred Heart Hospital, Medical Center and Children's Hospital are 1.8 miles way, along with Shriners and Deaconess Multicare being 1.5 miles away. . The space This is a keyless self-check in lovely lower level space of our home with a separate entrance from main home. The Airbnb connected to the mudroom with a closed off door that goes into the main house and a separate door that goes to the Airbnb. We do live upstairs in the main part of the home. The Airbnb is completely blocked off from the main part of the house. You will have your own bathroom that comes with a newer shower toilet sink and brand new washer and dryer complementary for use at your convenience. *central air and heat thermostat is located in main part of home but there are air/heat vents throughout basement keeping it at comfortable temperatures. Always available by messaging through app or text to accommodate temperature if needed. Guest access The entrance to your stay is the yellow door on far right of our home. Upon entering using a customized keypad code, you will find yourself in the mudroom. This space is exclusively for our guests! This space is large enough to store 1-2 road bikes or a stroller at your convenience without having to keep in your own vehicle. The mudroom is also garnished with coat & purse hangers and a space for shoes to make it easy whether you are coming or going throughout your stay. The descending stairs on the left that will lead you to your Airbnb. Our family lives upstairs in the main part of the home. This lovely inviting private space is completely blocked off from the main part of the house. Other things to note **FULL DISCLOSURE** We have a 4 year old toddler and 1 year old - please note it very likely you’ll hear kiddo chatter or footsteps during your stay…might I add, though we are early risers-we are typically gone for most of the day and the kiddos are asleep by 7:30 PM. Noise wise, they have yet to be an issue according any of our wonderful guests we have hosted thus far :) Check out is by 10:00 a.m.. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Those desiring to check-out later must communicate that at the time of the booking. Additionally, there will be an additional $20/hr fee for every hour after 10:00 a.m, but under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned.
