-This home is a 1900 sq ft house built in 1952 right on the border between the city of Wauwatosa and Milwaukee. It is situated in a quiet but active neighborhood where you will find neighbors out enjoying each day. - It's about a 20 minute drive from downtown Milwaukee and about a 10 minute drive from plenty of shopping and food options, Children's Hospital, Milwaukee County Zoo, American Family Field, and State Fair Grounds. **NO SMOKING INSIDE** **NO PARTIES/EXTRA GUESTS NOT ON RESERVATION** The space Entry will be through the front door using a lock box attached to the door knob. This is a one story home with a recreation room and brand new washer and dryer in the basement. On the main floor are 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, one full bathroom with a tub and shower, and one half bathroom. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped next to a small dining area. The spacious living room has tons of natural light and contains a 50" Smart TV connected to WiFi allowing access to streaming services but no cable or local channels. The home is not baby-proofed but pack 'n plays can be provided when requested. There is central air conditioning. Video Surveillance: – As of 05/14/2022, the property has surveillance cameras outside of the main house only to check for arrivals and departures for housekeeping services. They are located outside of the front entrance and back entrance. The cameras are NOT monitored and are NOT continuously recording. Their recordings are motion triggered and used to resolve incidents that may arise. This video footage is not shared and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in the public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. We just ask that you respect it as you would your own. There is a 2 car garage for guests to use. One garage door opener will be provided for guests. Do NOT lose the garage door opener. Losing it will result in a $40 fee to replace the garage door opener. Other things to note Self check in time is anytime after 3PM. Check out is by 11AM. Please be prompt . Please book with your legal name. No additional guests on the property, unless added to your reservation through Airbnb. This is for your safety and my family’s safety.
