There is lovely nature around the corner with great opportunities for forest walks. Two-story house with panoramic windows with direct lake location on Ljusterö in the Stockholm Archipelago. Patio with lounge group and dining area (bar table), barbecue and 20 meters from public swimming area with jetty. The space The lower floor has a small fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine, living/dining room with sofa and dining area for up to 6 people. Upstairs two bedrooms. One with double bed, the other with two single beds or double bed. Sleeps 4 in total. Guest access The house is located on a large plot of land (where the host also has his house) with its own separate entrance. The house includes a large terrace and a small plot, the house adjoins a common with a large lawn and a small sandy beach with a bathing jetty. Other things to note The house is located one hour by car from Stockholm C or Arlanda including car ferry. Ljusterö is also accessible by Skärgårdsbåt from central Stockholm. Ljusterö is the largest island in the Stockholm archipelago, where there are several restaurants, grocery stores, cultural life in the summer and attractions. On the island, there are also opportunities to rent kayaks & jet skis. From Ljusterö, there are also good boat connections to other islands in the Stockholm archipelago.
