Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place with great views over the meadows and just 750 meters from the sea. The space Our house JADEMUSCHEL is located in a quiet peripheral location in the holiday village of Sehestedt directly on the Jade Bay, about 700 m from the small North Sea resort of Sehestedt. From the southeast terrace you can enjoy the magnificent view of nature. The house offers about 83 square meters of living space on one level. The open living and kitchen area has high-quality equipment (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron) and a large wooden table for 6 people. Opposite a leather sofa area is a large TV with satellite and broadband Internet access. Through the modern bathroom with walk-in shower you can reach an extra room with a sauna (for approx. 3-4 people) and a washing machine. In the master bedroom there is a large double bed (200 cm x 200 cm). The second bedroom offers a bunk bed (each 200 cm x 90 cm) and is equipped with another bed (200 cm x 140 cm) on the gallery (no standing height). Each room has insect screens so that no uninvited visitors can enter. During the warm season, garden furniture and a parasol are available on the large terrace. On the half-covered terrace in front of the side entrance to the sauna room you will find a charcoal grill. A small garden shed offers the possibility to park bicycles and charge e-bikes (from autumn 2022). You can be supplied daily by a bread delivery service, a small dyke shop is nearby with the necessary things, as is a dyke café. In Varel, 15 km away, you will find all the shops for your daily needs. You can get food directly from the producer at the organic farm Butendiek and the Demeter farm Eekenhof. A variety of restaurants invite you to visit the Varel harbor and the artist town of Dangast. A large indoor pool is located in the center of Dangast. The North Sea Lagoon in Burhave and the Centerpark Tossens are each about 20 km away. This is a non-smoking house. No pets, parties or events are allowed in this vacation home. The vacation home area is still in the process of being created and there may be some noise and dust. Opposite and next to the house Jademuschel, all houses are already completed. A "construction site discount" has already been taken into account.
