The house is large and spacious, consisting of an entrance with dining area and kitchenette. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower. There is a private garden with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. It has air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and Wi-Fi throughout the house. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There are Smart TVs where you can watch Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, and much more! Free parking space available to guests. No parties and smoking is allowed ONLY outside the house. Pets are welcome, but please do not allow them on the furniture (sofas, chairs, and beds). A high standard of cleanliness is guaranteed; household linen is washed, sanitized, and ironed by a professional laundry service. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. In addition to all the necessary accessories to allow you to prepare your meals on your own, from breakfast to dinner. The bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower, bathroom fixtures, a hairdryer, and a complimentary welcome kit provided by the house. On each bed you will find a set of towels for a perfect stay! The house has a laundry room with a washing machine (free to use) and everything you need: detergent, fabric softener, clothes rack, clothespins, and a laundry basket. Upon arrival, you will find a complimentary bottle of fresh water and snacks. For the remainder of your stay, the tap water is drinkable and safe. The nearest airport is Florence International Airport, near the Firenze Peretola highway exit. You can reach the house via the A11 Firenze-Mare highway, coming from Florence in the direction of Pisa and exiting at the Prato Ovest tollbooth. Pisa Airport is only an hour away by car. From Pisa, you need to take the A11 Firenze-Mare highway in the direction of Florence and, again, exit at the Prato Ovest tollbooth. Please separate the waste, using the appropriate containers in the kitchen and outside the house. Compliance with this rule is essential to avoid fines from the Municipality, which otherwise will have to be charged.
