The space Casa D'Acquisto is a waterfront villa with private access to the beautiful sea of Solanto. The villa is divided into 3 new and independent apartments fully equipped with all the comforts. Each apartment has its own outdoor private area equipped with garden umbrellas, chairs, table and sofa. The Top Level (180 mq) is composed by a big living room opening onto a beautiful waterfront terrace, two matrimonial rooms, two smaller rooms with bunk beds and two bathrooms. A second private terrace with outdoor shower and a bbq is at the back of the house. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 1) From the 01/07/2023, a "Visitor Tax" will have to be paid on the side, as required by the local council of Santa Flavia. The amount is 2€ per person and per night (for the six first nights of a stay). You will need to leave the entire amount in cash during your stay. Thank you for your understanding. 2) In the case you book the apartment for two people but wish two different rooms for separate beds, please specify it to us in advance. 3) Since there is another apartment below, we require maximum tranquility. No party allowed. 4) We also want to specify that a beach bar situated on the other side on the bay might have some celebration during the weekend nights, you might hear it from the apartment. Warm weather great for winter escape as well Guest access The villa is located in a residential area between Santa Flavia and Casteldaccia, only 100 meters distance from the Solanto castle. The access to the sea in this area is private, just for the people who live there. From the main road (SST 113), you will directly access the private parking lot of the villa. The apartments are below the road level, a bunch of stairs will bring you down. Santa Flavia Train Station is 20 minutes walking. Restaurants are 5 to 20 minutes walking. Supermarkets are 10 minutes driving. If you are coming by public transports, know that the road from the station to the villa (20min) doesn't have a sidewalk all along which makes it a bit dangerous in some points. Proceed with caution. Please note that this is one of only a very few villas directly on the sea with your own private beach and offstreet parking. If you are looking for a holiday house where you can park your car and relax by the beach this house is definitely for you! Please be aware we are situated on a very busy street, but there is a large parking slab at the top of the property which you can easily drive into, off the street. Casa D’Acquisto does not offer a vibrant city atmosphere setting with restaurants at your doorstep and walking distance to inner city entertainment. However with a car you’ll be able to access several popular seaside suburbs within 10 minutes in several directions with lots of great restaraunts, bars, grocery stores, and shops of all sorts.
