Stay in this stylish contemporary flat located on the stunning Wirral Peninsula. In the heart of Moreton Village boasting a great selection of restaurant's, cafes and bars. Stunning Moreton shore and lighthouse are a 15 minute walk. In one direction we have Royal Liverpool Golf Club and West Kirby beach, a 5-10 minute drive and in the opposite direction is New Brighton promenade, bustling with bars restaurants,fair, theatre and bowling alley. Or jump a bus to Liverpool City Centre right outside. The space A fantastic self-contained 2 bedroom modern and contemporary flat ideal for one or two guests, near the beach. Lovely high ceilings with an american loft apartment feel. Living room and kitchen is all open plan with a 42" smart tv and comfy recliner sofa. Kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools perfect for eating your breakfast at. Double bedroom is located at the back of the property ideal for a quiet nights sleep away from any traffic noise with ikea bed and mattress. Bathroom has a walk in shower, and spare bedroom has space to iron, dry clothes on an airer,and store your luggage. Guest access The flat is accessed through a gated entry and completely self contained, the keys will be left for you in a combination lock box, please be aware that any lost keys will be chargeable at £8.00 each. The code for the key safe will be sent to the guest on the morning of their arrival!!There is also a rear secluded garden, access is through the black gate to the left of the front door with a combination code which we will message you if desired. Other things to note I work downstairs from the property on certain days so will be around in person if need be, otherwise you can contact us between 9am-7pm 7 days a week for any issues or information needed. Please be aware that if you are a guest staying on a Sunday night the gym next door has its bins emptied first thing on a Monday morning, so would be advisable to park over the road to your right in the free car park or around the back of the library so this is possible, please be respectful of local buisnesses.
