The bungalow features a super comfortable king bed & adjustable recessed lighting in the living area. The bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a sky light which adds natural light and a spacious feel . Unit is free from any pet dander if you are allergic. Our pup Louie has never been inside. This detached Beach Bungalow was restored in 2016. Eric & Anne live in the front house visible from Loring St. The Airbnb unit is located in the back of the property which makes it very private & quiet but not visible from the street. Access is through the driveway located to the east of the main house. Laundry facilities are attached and located just inside the exterior screen door to the back yard. The owners garage is also located here and is used solely for the owners storage. A small kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for two. The kitchen includes all essentials needed to cook and prepare small meals. Keurig coffee pods & creamer are included. Please ask if there is anything you need or cannot find. If you are looking for a "Kenmore kitchen" this may not be the place for you.
