Enjoy your stay at this shady oak guesthouse. It is located on our 2 acres of land with the view of a neighboring lake. Don’t let the size fool you, it has a queen size bed, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee. The eating area can double as a workspace if needed. It has a full-size bathroom as well. It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal. The space This guesthouse is 20x12. It has 3 windows including a window in the door. You have a queen size bed and a full bathroom. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot for you to use. You have an outside area with access to the neighboring lake. Guest access You will have your own outside area and tiny home to enjoy. Please do not tamper with the storage shed or gas tank on the side of the house. Toiletries are provided under the sink along with other items a guest may need. Other things to note No pets. No smoking or vapping inside the house. No extra guest. I provide 1 towel per guest and 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per stay.
