The famous Akerselva is running only 200 meters away, with its perfect jogging track. The space Only 15-minute walk from the city center, the apartment is located in super charming Grünerløkka. Originally the city’s industrial, working-class district, the neighborhood has undergone modernization and is now considered the most exciting in Oslo—with its coffee houses, vintage stores, and good restaurants and bars. The penthouse is in a quiet residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a party place, you should try somewhere else. Guest access Wonderful roof top terrace with sun from 10 to 22 on nice days. Great possibilities for BBQ, with a gas grill. Three bedrooms with space for 10 people maximum. In the master bedroom there is a very comfortable double bed (160x200), and in addition we can set up a child bed or guest bed (singel or double) if needed. There is plenty of closet space. In the children's room there is a single bed (ladder to get up) intended for children, but also fine for fit adults :) There is also a nice double sofa bed, and room for an extra mattress on the floor for an extra child if needed. In the last bedroom which is also a TV room and office, there is a double sofa bed which is also very comfortable. We can also arrange an extra guest bed (single). There are blinds in all bedrooms, making it completely dark at night, and also portable air coolers during summer months. A brand-new kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal. Freezer, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, Kenwood Kitchen aid, Airfryer and Thermomix. Shower, whirlpool bath and 2 toilets, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a nice backyard with a playground and benches. In the apartment, there are also plenty of toys for children age 1-10. Books in Norwegian and English are available. It is a beautiful, classic Grünerløkka building from 1890, and it is unfortunately no elevator. The stairs have solid railings. The apartment is on the top floor, 5 stairs to climb. If we are home during check in, we will of course help you up with the luggage. It is possible to park in a closed car park 300 meters from the apartment. You can charge electric car there (paid separately). Parking must be arranged in advance. Other things to note As this is our home, we prefer families and quiet people. The condominium is a pleasant living environment, and we do not want partying or noise at night. Smoking (and high heels;)) is prohibited inside. All windows must be closed in case of rain and every time you leave the apartment. If you lose the keys, a replacement fee of 700 kr will apply.
