This home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. It is private with a beautiful lake, coastal trails and abundant wildlife all around you. The yard space is open and friendly for families, kids and pets. The space The living area is an open layout with a pull-out couch for extra space, basic kitchen needs are provided for cooking meals, morning tea/coffee, and space for games or a movie night. Upstairs you'll find a comfortable queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub. The washer and dryer are located in the garage and available for your stay. Guest access Full house access. Other things to note To note: we are a family of four with young kids living next door. Sometimes there is noise between the units on the shared wall upstairs hallway. I have never had a complaint but it is worth mentioning and we do keep evening quiet hours as much as possible in the bright Alaskan summer!
