The space The apartment is 72m2 loi carrez and 115m2 sol totale, so it is perfect for two families (with the large bedroom ideal for the children), or a smaller group of adults (it is not suitable for a group of 8-10 adults). Other things to note Being on the return piste to St Gervais and only 250m above the telecabine, it is worth noting that there will be times at the start / end of the season (or if there has been little snow), when you will not be able to ski directly in and out of the apartment. However, in peak season this is usually a possibility as long as you can ski a red run (if not, you can take the telecabine back down).
