The perfect place to stay after a long day on the water or for contractors working in the area. Here you can rest and decompress. Small but a clean and comfortable bedroom with a separate entrance from the main house with parking. For longer stays, please know there is no kitchen, closet nor laundry access. The space Guest have complete access and a private entrance to your bedroom. There is a semi-shared access for the backyard and lanai for your meals if needed. You also have your own parking in front of the house next to driveway. The unit has its own AC unit, microwave, mini fridge, space heater and single cup coffee machine. During your stay We do not live in the area but you can contact us any time via Airbnb app Other things to note The lanai and BBQ are exclusively for the main house. If you use the BBQ you will be charge $85 cleaning fee additional to the regular cleaning fee.
