Carriage House Gardenside

Privacy and Convenience are yours when you stay at the Carriage House Gardenside. Located in historic Winchester, Carriage House Gardenside offers easy access to Lexington, the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland Race Course, the Bourbon Trail and Red River Gorge. Situated across from College Park and steps away from Winchester's public gym (indoor swimming pool and fitness center). Space features a king sized bed, large TV, coffee bar, devoted work space and full bath. The space King bed, coffee bar, refrigerator, large TV, microwave, small sofa, workstation, full bath with heated tile. Guest access Space is located upstairs, so you will need to climb stairs to access the unit. You will enjoy the privacy of this unit overlooking our patio and vegetable garden. Our space is located across from College Park. College Park offers lots of green space, children’s play ground, basketball court and NEW pickle ball courts. Other things to note Our public library is a short walk from our space as is Holly Rood (red brick house on the hill, near library), the home of former governor of Kentucky, James Clark, brother of the other Clark of Lewis and Clark fame.
