Single room in a large, quiet, comfortable apartment in Morningside Heights. It’s a great, informal place. From the front door, it’s a 5–10-minute walk to the main gate of Columbia University. The room has a double bed. There is one bathroom for the apartment. There is no elevator. The apartment is a fifth-floor walk-up (your legs will look great!). There is wireless DSL in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking and pet-free. We are gay and vegetarian friendly. During your stay I am a 59-year-old gay white male and I live in the apartment. Other things to note I live in the apartment and must be here to let you in and give you the key, so please let me know your arrival time. Check-in on Tuesday and Thursday must be before 4:30 PM or after 10:30 PM.
