The entire space is furnished with a king-size bed, heated shower, spacious bathroom, hairdryer, towel, blanket and pillows, iron, 1200-liter minibar, 50-inch Smart TV, fan, and a table for eating and working. The internet is via WIFI with 300 mega, perfect for work or studies in the home office. Attached to the room, we offer a shared space with another room that has a full kitchen for preparing meals equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, cutlery and much more. In addition, we also provide a service area with a washing machine and drying space. We are located in the Industrial Park, near the Regional Hospital of São José dos Campos and Clínicas Sul, with easy access to the Presidente Dutra Highway (BR116). Near the accommodation are bakeries, supermarkets and various types of commerce. The neighborhood is typically residential with low street noise. If you come by car, you can park on the street in front of the property, the place is quite safe.
