No children under 12 years old 1st floor without elevator The space Superb 65m2 with separate bedroom overlooking the park: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed; 1 large living room with 160x200 sofa bed; large fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath tube and toilet. Guest access Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early check-in (before the usual arrival time) can be requested for an additional charge. Check-in after 9:00 PM will be charged €15. Late check-out (after the usual departure time) can also be requested for an additional charge. Please note that you are not automatically entitled to an early check-in or a late check-out.
