Welcome to our newly renovated beachy boho townhouse in Central Oak Park. This 2 bdr (1 King and 1 Queen), 1 bath is short drive or bike ride to restaurants, bars, microbreweries, antique shops, museums, live entertainment and so much more. Grand Central District is a 5 min bike ride, Edge District is 2 miles, Downtown is 3 miles and St Pete beach is 15 minutes away. Guests have a fully stocked kitchen, patio with outdoor dining table, Wi-Fi, and laundry. The space The space was designed to feel light, bright, and airy while including lots of unique and colorful artwork reflecting beautiful Florida. Large open kitchen with lots of granite counter space for prepping meals, island seating for 4, and kitchen table with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new stainless appliances including gas range, fridge, microwave, and oversized deep sink as well as toaster, K-cup coffee maker and coffee pods, pots, pans, basic cooking tools, wine opener, salt, pepper, evoo, cling wrap, foil, baggies, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The bedrooms have very comfortable, new mattresses with soft linens, fluffy pillows, and a full-length mirror in the living room to help you get ready for your day or night out. There is a King bed in one bedroom and a Queen in the other. There is a desk and rolling chair in the living room to be used as a dedicated workspace in the living room. The desk lamp has a wireless phone charging pad. Super-fast Wi-Fi throughout. Brand new washer and dryer are in the shared laundry room (shared with another airbnb) in the detached garage. There is a paver patio and outdoor dining table seating for 4 in the front of the apartment dedicated for this unit. The fenced backyard is shared with the other airbnb in the rear of the property. The shared laundry room is in the backyard inside the detached garage. Beach towels, sunblock, small cooler, icepack, and beach chairs are supplied, so you'll be ready to hit the beach as soon as you get here. We've got you covered with all those little extras you may have forgotten at home including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, qtips, cotton balls and wipes, blow dryer, first aid supplies, bug repellent, etc. Cleanliness is a priority for me, so the apartment is professionally cleaned and you will see many of the guests mention how clean the place is in their reviews. Sofa bed is a new queen-sized with headboard. Sofa bed must be requested 1 week in advance, and additional fee may apply. We welcome well-behaved dogs under 75 lbs. 1 dog maximum per visit. If you don't 100% trust your dog in this newly renovated space, please bring along a crate or do not leave the dog unattended in the guesthouse. Please keep dogs off bed and the furniture. Nonstop barking will disturb the guests next door and you will be asked to leave with no refund if this is an issue. Guest access There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house about 25 steps from the apartment door. The apartment has 4 steps to get to front door. This unit has a dedicated patio with table, 4 chairs, and umbrella in the front of the house. There is a fenced yard in the rear that is shared with the other Airbnb in the rear. This is where the shared laundry room is located. The backyard patio is dedicated for the rear unit. Other things to note For those with severe fragrance allergies, I want to disclose that there is 1 plug in air freshener in the apartment. You are welcome to unplug this while you are staying in the unit. Or we can remove it if given 24+ hours notice before your arrival. We also use standard cleaning products which contain fragrance. And the linens are washed with standard laundry detergent and dryer sheets which also have fragrance.
