Our bright holiday apartment, built in 2021, in the small town of Gollwitz on the island of Poel is close (4 minutes) to the flat sandy beach with a playground, right next to the nature reserve, perfect for nature lovers and families. The space It is modern and attractively furnished, with a comfortable seating area in the living area with a large satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a sunny south-facing balcony with a partial sea view. The apartment has underfloor heating, which is operated with a heat pump.
