On the picturesque Place de Montgréin, our house has multiple assets: halfway between Senlis, Chantilly and access A1, CDG airport is 20 min away by car, Parc Asterix 10 min away and Gare Orry/Coye 5 min away by car (Paris Gare du Nord is only 20 minutes away!) The atmosphere is friendly and we heat our Nordic bath regularly to spend time with our friends and tenants. Ideal for a romantic weekend of couples or for a business or tourist trip. The space I propose a bedroom in a small house, composed of 3 bedrooms with each its private bathroom/toilet and a living room with fitted kitchen and fully equipped. Everything is newly renovated with a taste for details. You will find in the room a bed for 2 people, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and chair. The shared kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, pyrolysis oven, induction stove and washer dryer. You have available in the living room a sofa with TV. The house is equipped with a fiber internet connection. Guest access The property is large and you have access to the 3000m2 wooded garden bordered by the Thève river where you will find garden furniture, sun loungers and a Nordic bath that we heat up regularly for moments of conviviality with our tenants. During your stay Our home is the house next to the house we offer for rent. Proximity allows us to remain available for any questions regarding the house and its environment. We'll be happy to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
