Close to markets, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. The space The building is new (2018) 🌟 and the apartment is beautifully decorated, with plenty of amenities and artwork 🖼️✨ Everything is designed to offer style, comfort, and convenience! 😍 The POOL 🏊‍♂️ is large, with areas for both children 👶 and adults. It’s available from 8 AM to 10 PM. There are tables with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a nearby bathroom. It gets sun in the morning and afternoon 🌞, keeping the water at a pleasant temperature. The BEDROOMS 🛏️ have large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing excellent natural light and ventilation. They come with built-in blinds for complete light control. One of the bedrooms is a SUITE with a queen-size bed, and the other has two single beds. The air conditioning units have dehumidifier, heating/winter, and cooling/summer settings. We provide bed linens (180-thread cotton), two pillows per person, and blankets according to the number of guests in the reservation. The BATHROOMS 🚿 have windows (for natural ventilation), and the showers feature central heating and excellent water pressure. We provide bathroom amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, first aid kit, hairdryer, etc.). Towels for face and body (hotel-quality) are provided according to the number of guests. The LIVING ROOM has a 55" digital TV with Netflix and lighting, as well as games (cards, dominoes, chess, puzzles, etc.), books, magazines, and toys for children. It also has air conditioning. The sofa is reclinable with footrests and can seat up to 4 people. The BALCONY has a barbecue grill 🍖, table with chairs, sink, skewers, grill, cozy lighting, and a beautiful view of the pool. The KITCHEN 🍳 and dining area are well-equipped, with utensils for up to 5 guests. There is a frost-free fridge with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, electric oven, pots, pans, baking dishes, tableware, cutlery, thermal flask, wine glasses 🍷, etc. We provide basic kitchen supplies (salt, sugar, oil, tea, coffee, filter, detergent, sponge, etc.). There is also a water purifier 💧 — no need to spend on drinking water! The LAUNDRY 🧺 includes a sink, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. We provide buckets, a broom, and cleaning products. There’s also a shopping cart to make supermarket trips easier 🛒. The GARAGE 🚗 is private and covered. Nearby, there is a hobby box (private room with beach kit: beach chairs 🏖️, umbrella, beach cart/table, and bucket for kids). You will also find a cooler and plastic cups if you want to take food to the beach.
