Apartment just 500m from the beach, at Praia dos Ingleses – Gaivotas 🏖️. Spacious, airy, and beautifully decorated 😍! Balcony with barbecue 🔥 and pool view. The space The building was completed in 2018, and the apartment was recently renovated with new colors, amenities, and artwork — all designed to offer plenty of style and comfort! The POOL is large, with varying depths (areas for children and adults) and surrounded by a garden. It can be used from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., as well as the tables with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and the nearby bathroom. The pool gets sun both in the morning and in the afternoon, keeping the water at a pleasant temperature. The BEDROOMS feature large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide excellent natural light and ventilation. They have built-in blackout blinds to ensure total darkness. One of the bedrooms is a SUITE with a queen-size box bed, and the other has two single beds. When there are five guests, we place a mattress between the single beds. The sun shines into the bedrooms from late morning until early afternoon. The air conditioning units have a dehumidifier, heating (winter), and cooling (summer) functions. We provide bed linens (180-thread-count cotton), two pillows per guest, and blankets according to the number of guests in the reservation. The BATHROOMS have windows (natural ventilation), and the showers feature central heating and excellent water pressure. We offer bathroom amenities and essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, first aid kit, hair dryer, etc.). We also provide face and bath towels (hotel quality) for use in the apartment, according to the number of guests in the reservation. The LIVING ROOM has a 55" digital TV with Netflix and LED lighting, plus games (cards, dominoes, chess, puzzles, etc.), books, magazines, and toys for children. The room is also equipped with air conditioning. The recliner sofa has leg rests and seats up to 4 people comfortably. The BALCONY features a barbecue grill, a table with chairs, a sink, skewers, a grill grate, cozy lighting, and a beautiful view of the pool! The KITCHEN and dining area are fully equipped for up to 5 guests. We offer a frost-free fridge with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, electric oven, pots, baking trays, serving dishes, dishes, cutlery, thermal bottle, wine glasses, etc. We also provide basic kitchen supplies (salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee, coffee filter, dish soap, sponge, etc.). There’s a water purifier — you won’t need to buy bottled water! The LAUNDRY AREA includes a sink, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. We also provide buckets, brooms, and cleaning products. A shopping cart is available to make grocery trips easier. The GARAGE is private and covered. Nearby, we have a private storage unit (hobby box) with a beach kit: 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart/table, and a small bucket and toys for children. You’ll also find a cooler and plastic cups in the apartment in case you want to take food or drinks to the beach. After booking, you will receive a detailed list of the apartment’s amenities and a usage guide. On the day of arrival, the host will be there to welcome you. You’ll also find local treats we leave as a welcome gift.
