Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome The space There is a double French door entrance to a hallway that leads into the barn. The entrance to the barn is a communal area rarely used leading to the entrance of the barn. There isn’t a door as you enter the barn but it has a curtain making it very private. In the barn has a small kitchenette with oven and 2 hobs, microwave and air fryer. There is a dining table that seats 6 and a cosy sitting room area with a corner sofa and tv in front of the wood burner. Upstairs is one bedroom with a magnificent views and an en-suite quirky bathroom with a tub bath with shower. Guest access The tennis is open all year round with tennis rackets and balls available. The heated pool is open from May to October which you are very welcome to use. It is shared with the family Other things to note Please don’t let dogs out without a lead and take them out to do their business in the pool area which is fenced so you can let them off the lead and please clear up any mess. The bins are where you drove in on the left. Please keep dogs downstairs and off the sofa. Also PLEASE do not let your dogs swim in the pool, it’s not good for the dogs but especially not good for the pool. There are lots of lakes Please DO NOT SMOKE in the barn. There are ashtrays outside Please take your rubbish out and put it in the bins as you drive out. Black bin just put the black bin bag in, red bin please tip you recycling into the bins
