Other things to note Not included in the price: - Tourist tax: 1.10 €/person, only for persons over 17 years old (maximum 7 nights). - A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival. Payment is in cash. You will receive the deposited amount at the time of check-out. Once the condition of the property has been checked, the deposit will be fully refunded to you in cash. - The guest is responsible for any fines resulting from a violation of the rules of residence.
