Located in the heart of the old town it's very close to the business district and all the most important historical sites like De Ferrari Square, Delle Erbe Square, the Expo, thé Aquarium and its Turistic Port, Columbus House and Saint Laurence Cathedral . This location is perfect for those looking for some relax without giving up the comfort of being right in the middle of the movida, close to shops, little restaurants, bars and pubs. This peculiar and characteristic house has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with 2 single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful garden with a gazebo where you can enjoy your meals and breakfasts during the Summer Season. This fully equipped apartment (including tv, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and sheets, ext) it's perfect for a couple or a single person and for both short staying or longer periods. It's easly reachable by bus or by metro (Saint Agostino/Sarzano or Piazza De Ferrari stops) and there are also a few parking places around. During your long staying you will also enjoy the daily cleaning service of the apartment. Guest access Guests will have all the apartment and the little garden at their disposal . If they wish and have one it's possible to park their bycicle inside.
