The downstairs unit of our newly renovated 1950s home, delightfully furnished to be light, modern, & cozy. A super-central location makes it a breeze to explore Salt Lake – head south 15 min for world-renowned skiing and hiking up the Cottonwood canyons, or turn north to explore downtown. And Park City is just 35-min up scenic Parley's Canyon. Or stay in and craft meals in a fully-stocked and modern kitchen. Working remote? 3 desks and 600mbps 5G WiFi make all those video calls extra smooth. The space This listing is for our downstairs unit, which features 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, laundry room, and a large and spacious living room. The entire home has been renovated and redesigned with modern comforts while preserving its 1959 charm. Our long driveway and garage offer plenty of parking and cover from snow in the winter. We fully-furnished our place so it has everything you could need. The kitchens are 100% equipped (so you can actually use them, including must-have coffee supplies). We have fast, 5GHz internet at 600Mbps to ensure zippy entertainment and video calls. The TVs feature Roku so you can log into your favorite entertainment subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Hulu). Or enjoy old-school leisure with provided books, games, puzzles, playing cards, etc. Bedrooms feature 4 pillows per bed, fresh linens on comfortable mattresses, spare blankets and space heaters to stay extra toasty. Bathrooms include shampoo & conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, plush towels, and more. Guest access You can access the property via your own private entrance through the garage. We'll send you the code for the garage, as well as a unique code to the door as your reservation gets closer. Other things to note Please be aware – breaking the house rules will forfeit the deposit and we'll have to ask you to leave. Unfortunately we've had guests in the past who caused some problems and disrupted our neighbors. (They hosted parties with tons of people, parked in non-designated areas, left trash in the yard, were loud and drunk all night, etc…) Please book elsewhere if you're looking for a place to trash and go crazy - our nice and chill retreat simply isn't designed for that! Also, while we 100% renovated everything about this home, it still has features consistent with 1950s-era architectural standards. The middle bedroom has no window and the other 2 bedrooms have small windows.
