 Step through the front gate and find yourself on the Gulf's sandy shores, just steps away from the waves. The beach in front of the house is public and can be popular spot for locals on the weekends to enjoy. Enjoy beach bonfires permitted by the city, with firewood available at nearby convenience stores like Circle K and Food Mart, only a mile away. Explore beachfront dining with a quick walk to the 'Beach Front Deck Bar and Grill' (less than five minutes) or the 'Seahorse Bar & Grill' (10 minutes). For added convenience, we provide complimentary beach towels, ensuring a carefree and enjoyable stay. Drinking Water:
 Surfside tap water is not potable, but it's fine for brushing teeth, washing dishes, and bathing. For drinking and cooking, you can use the the small faucet on the right side of the kitchen sink which is attached to a Reverse Osmosis filtration system installed under the kitchen sink making water potable. Common Space:
 The open-concept area includes the kitchen, dining, and living spaces with unobstructed Gulf views. The kitchen, with a large island, is well-stocked with essentials like utensils, cookware, a 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, and more. Dimmable lighting allows you to set the mood. The living room has two mid-century style sofas, a 55" Roku Smart TV, and connects seamlessly to the dining area, which seats 8 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
 The house features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms: Left hallway: * Bedroom 1: Primary suite with king bed (sleeps 2) and private full bath (shower/tub). * Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2) with a shared full bath (shower/tub) and washer/dryer. Right hallway: * Bedroom 3: Primary suite with king bed (sleeps 2) and private full bath (shower/tub). * Bedroom 4: Full-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 4) with private half bath and 43" Roku Smart TV. Remote Work Area:
 A desk with a gorgeous ocean view provides the perfect spot for remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Deck:
 Enjoy two deck levels with stunning Gulf views. The larger deck offers a sweeping panorama, while the lower observation area brings you closer to the shoreline. Start your mornings with coffee or unwind in the evenings with drinks, all set to the sound of the waves. Dimmable lighting lets you create the perfect ambiance. Below the House:
 Escape the sun under the house, where you'll still have beautiful beach and Gulf views. This area features two picnic tables, a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), an outdoor shower, a storage shed, and ample seating. Relax in the hammock while enjoying the sea breeze. Items the beach house has: - RO water drinking filtration system located in Kitchen - All kitchen utensils needed for cooking and eating (pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc) - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels in kitchen - Towels for the kitchen and bathrooms and cleaning up - Coffee pot (Standard drip and Keurig), blender, can openers, toaster, rice cooker, electric water kettle - Salt, pepper, cooking oil and a myriad of other spices that we stock throughout the year to try to keep the kitchen well stocked - Washing detergent pods for washing clothes, sheets, towels, etc. - Dishwasher tablets - Linens are included - Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, Corn hole (bean bags) - BBQ grill (need to bring your own fire starter and charcoal) - Campfire telescoping roasting sticks Items you will need to bring: - Bring your own soap (for showering), shampoo, toothpaste and other toiletries. Guest access You will have access to the entire beach front home and storage shed that contains beach toys, boogie boards and shovel for a bonfire on the beach. We have plenty of chairs for the beach for your use. After you enjoy the sand and sea, an outdoor shower and faucets are conveniently located to rinse off the day's sand. Other things to note Parking notes: There is free parking for 5 vehicles. Parking is available for 5 cars (3 max underneath the home). Please do not block access to the neighboring homes. Security camera details: We have 2 video and audio recording Ring security cameras setup - both are outside. The cameras are located (#1) on the upper deck pointed towards the front door and deck area and (#2) below the house viewing the storage shed and parking area.
