WARMLY WELCOME! Located in the heart of Da Nang city, KenKeSu House is a nice house designed with every spaces you need. Your space here is the 2 adjacent floors.You will have the entire second and third floor for your own. The host family is under the same roof, so they can cater immediately if you need their help during your time of stay. You will be given the key card for the entrance gate and elevator. No one will be disturbing, and there is no time limit. The space THE DESCRIPTION ABOUT US YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW : 1. LOCATION: The house is a bit inside of an alley which is 5m in width and 150 meters in length, 3 minutes to walk from the main street . 2. CLIMB: Your stay will be on the whole 2nd&3rd floors but no need climb stairs because we have the elevator. 3. NOISE: In the city center and indigenous neighborhoods, you will hear the noise according to their activity time. Adult go to work and children go to school around 7am. Sounds from people, motorbikes or street vendors can be heard from 6am. In the evening, after 5:30 pm, everyone goes home and the nightlife is quiet. People will go to bed around 10pm and this is the reason for our rule, no party and no noise after 10pm. The layout of this house is as followings: 4 Floors & 300 sqm ★ 1st FLOOR (GROUND): Entrance, elevator, stairs system,lobby and Host Living ★ 2ND FLOOR AND 3RD FLOOR: Guest living:2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen area, washing machine in each floor. ★THE 4TH FLOOR ( Common area): The sunny beautiful and natural terrace with sky view. 3. For such a tropical climate in Danang and there are many trees around our place. You sometimes see mosquitos, lizards or spiders in the house .They might come from the outsite when you open the doors/windows althought we clean carefully and spray for anti them before you arrive.Bug repellent is provided in the cabinet . 4. TV: NO TV in all bedrooms. Only TV in living room/TV 5: Air conditioner: in every bedroom and living room. 6. SAFETY. This is absolutely a safe private area. No worry at all during your stay with us here.
