The space The house has two floors: - Downstairs is a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom, a full bathroom (with shower), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils to cook whatever you want. - Upstairs we have a TV room, where there is an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a reading corner, a balcony, and a suite, also with balcony. It has a large outdoor area: - Solarium (glass) arranged for a leisure and rest environment, which has 2 armchairs, 1 loveseat and 1 table with 4 chairs. - A gourmet space with wood stove, barbecue, pizza oven, a large table, and TV, being a fully covered space. - A bathroom, with a mirror and tap in a teapot, becoming a unique and differentiated space to make many photos and videos! - We also have an outdoor whirlpool with a glass roof. - Steam sauna, all glass in the garden, next to the whirlpool and the energy shower. - Fire pit, deck with table and benches facing the lake, a mobile swing, hammock area (for 3 hammocks), 2 kids spaces and private parking for 3 cars, not paid. Other things to note All our faucets are heated and we do not have a timer in the showers of the house, your bath can last as long as you think necessary, and we also have a towel warmer!! We offer, at NO ADDITIONAL COST, firewood for the fireplace and fire pit, charcoal for barbecuing, a special toast for guests and a bottle of wine!!
