The holiday home Antica Dimora "LU SULI" is located in the ancient village of Monacizzo, near the main square, in a quiet and charming place. The structure is very old, historical news takes us back in around 1670, when the Archipelago of Taranto built its summer house on the ruins of an old monastery of basilian monks dating back to the Middle Ages. We are only 2 km from the beaches of Torre Ovo, Marina di Lizzano and Campomarino. The space The house is equipped with all comforts, it is air-conditioned in all rooms, it has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a living room with double sofa bed and TV, a kitchen with everything you need to cook: coffee machine, microwave, toaster... We will provide bed and bath linen. Ideal for 4 people, max 5. We can add the crib and single bed upon request. It has a large garden of 90 square meters, where you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation you want! Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house and a large garden outside the structure where they can relax. Other things to note Guests, upon arrival, are asked for a deposit of 100 euros, in case of any damage to the property. Regarding electricity consumption, they will be able to use 10 kW per day free of charge, for a total of 70 kW per week.
