Cosy bedroom with own terrace, bathroom & parking

A bright double room in stylish and artistic detached house away from the hustle and bustle of central Brighton. Bedroom door has lock. Private drive for your car, bus stop 3 mins away. Close to A23 and A27. Room has own terrace, ideal for breakfast. Sole use of toilet and bathroom with relaxing whirlpool bath and shower over. Access to kitchen, washing machine and garden and almost sole use of delightful dining room/lounge. The space My whole house is like an art gallery, in fact the garage has been converted solely into a space for the display of art and sculpture. You may wish to explore or ignore what you encounter. We used to participate in the Artists Open Houses during the Brighton Festival in May but not any more. Visitors always admired the views from the terrace that is now for guests ' own use. Guest access You have access to my private drive. Please let me know in advance if you wish to use it. There is also free parking on the road. The guest room which can be locked gives out to a pretty terrace for your sole use. The views from there are fabulous. Ideal for breakfasts in good weather. Sun loungers available. The dedicated bathroom and separate toilet, although not ensuite, are for the guests' sole use. The bath is equipped with a whirlpool function (very relaxing) and has a shower over the L section. Guests have access to my kitchen for preparing breakfast and light meals. Help yourself to tea and coffee, salt & pepper and other condiments. Guests are welcome to use my delightful (if I say so myself) dining room cum lounge (I have my own) for eating, relaxing and book browsing. Last but not least guests are welcome to explore my garden and use it to relax in. The deck at the bottom of the garden is a popular place for a sundowner. During your stay I live on the premises, so am available for any questions you may have. Sometimes however it is more convenient to deal with these by WhatsApp or email as we all lead busy lives these days even when, as in my case, you are a grandma! I respect my guests' privacy as I'm sure they respect mine. But I also like a chat and give as much information about Brighton as I can if that is what's wanted. Other things to note Whilst you are welcome to explore my garden, please be advised that it is at your own risk. The garden is terraced with many steps in between, some of them uneven. The approach from the kitchen to the first 5 step staircase is also a little uneven.
