Since the day she was born, our Logan has taken us for a walk on the wild side; outrageous, vivacious, beautiful, risque, stylish, creative, edgy, outlandish, totally over the top, and so full of love and life! Our goal at The Logan is to create an outrageously Insta-worthy home that serves as the perfect backdrop for guests. Here, you will have fun, celebrate and simply be yourselves, just like our daughter Logan! You never know what you might find at The Logan! Do not tamper with, as it will shut of air conditioner Venders: • outside vendors are permitted but must be pre-approved at least two weeks prior to your arrival. Vender name, contact info, date and time they will be on property. • Decorating vendors are very limited, so please check with us BEFORE booking any decorating services. • Failure to get pre approval can result in termination of your stay. Decor • DIY decor is permitted but must be removed upon departure • ONLY APPROVED ADHESIVE is SCOTCH TAPE. Absolutely no other adhesives allowed to be use on/at property. Fines will be issued if failed to adhere to. Yes, we know when anything other than scotch tape is used. Please don’t make this awkward for everyone involved :/ Pool & Outdoor Space Rules: • Sound levels at all hours, outside or indoors with open windows must be kept to a manageable level. Also, please respect city and neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. HAVE FUN but please respect our neighbors and community • Pool heating is available for $150-$200/day. A separate bill will be sent for this service. Hot Tub is heated complimentary 6pm-11pm every evening • No food or glass in or around the pool. AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. NO EXCEPTIONS • No diving—pool depth: 6ft at the deep end, 3.5ft at the shallow end, and 10-14 inches on the Baja shelf. • Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool. • The deck is slippery when wet; please avoid running. • A $500/day charge applies if pool equipment is tampered with without permission • BRIDE balloons shown in opening photo not included.
