Our house is located in a quiet and green area, close to the city center of Auray. It is an ideal location to discover Morbihan and its beaches (Golfe, Carnac, Quiberon...). This is our family home in which we live year-round and which we rent out when we go on vacation. You will have 3 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room and large terrace. The house is bright and functional. The space The detached house is 110 m2, it is not semi-detached. The garden is 300 m2. Guest access The accommodation is equipped with two parking spaces Other things to note We provide, upon request from you, a baby bed and mattress, a high chair and a changing table. We have a cat, Tigrisse. She has her basket and kibble in the garage which is equipped with a cat flap, so you don't have to worry about it, but if you feel like it, you can cuddle her.
