Description
Escape to this cosy, well crafted forest hideaway, located just a few miles from the beautiful Moray Firth coastline. Whether you're snuggled in by the stove, outside cooking on the firepit or adventuring in the forest, you will be soaking in the views and nature at this idyllic glamping spot. The Hut is very well insulated and equipped with shower room (wc, basin and shower) and kitchenette (hob, stove top kettle, fridge & small freezer). A small wood burning stove sits central to the cabin. The space Sleeping arrangements consist of a cosy built-in double bed nestled to the rear on the ground floor, with a large picture window framing the adjacent willow trees and views to the south towards open farmland and the Knock Hill beyond. There are 2 single beds located in the cosy loft space, accessed by a crafty drop down ladder, and a further single bench bed located downstairs. Guest access Guests have access to parking located directly adjacent to the Hut. Additional parking is located down at the farm. There is full access to the forest at Durnhill Farm. Guests should be mindful of the mountain bike trails and their users whilst exploring the immediate forests and tracks. There are also a couple of fields with friendly livestock! Other things to note There are woodland walks from the cabin front door round out Forrest and to the top of Durnhill.
