FUNCTIONAL, NO FRILLS, GREAT LOCATION In a small town along the new Grand Pkwy circling Houston; IAH 35-50 min, Baytown 25-35 min, Downtown Houston 35-50 min, Beaumont 50-60 min NO CLEANING FEE Since we began offering the house on AirBnB as a consequence of our son's work taking him out of town for long stretches, we've had great guests who have taken care of our place as-if it were their own. As long as those experiences continue, we have no inclination to charge a cleaning fee. The space Driveway accommodates off-street parking. (Garage used as storage area for primary tenant whose job requires extensive travel.) 1st Floor: Master BR/BA, common area half-bath, cozy living room, dining area, and full kitchen. 2nd Floor: 4 BRs (3 Queen, 1 King), and loft area with desk and tables convenient for office work. Backyard: Mostly fenced and private, small concrete pad outside back door. Guest access All of the house is accessible except for specific areas where the primary tenant (our son) keeps his things: Garage, Master BR closet, and LR closet. Other things to note - Dogs only, please. - For stays in excess of 1 week, host reserves the right to schedule a visit with 24 hours notice just as a matter of fiduciary responsibility to the primary tenant. - Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Please especially respect this given our son's respiratory condition, and any lingering smoke smells could be a problem for him. - Trash pick-up on Tuesdays. - Laundry facility located just down the street from the subdivision where the home is located. - Guests should enjoy a comfortable stay. We only ask that you treat the accommodation as-if it were your own, which includes being considerate of utility bills. As it occurs that a given guest's utility usage is above 125% of the average of the previous 3 years' usage, we believe it is only fair to reserve the right to seek additional compensation in light of the excessive use of air conditioning or heating.
