An inner courtyard keeps the house cool and provides a lovely place to sip drinks in the afternoon breeze, relaxing in nature. Our large, fully equipped kitchen has one refrigerator, a large oven, and a cooktop with an industrial strength vent hood. You will have space to cook and bake together with your family and friends. If that’s not for you, you might prefer to order food from iconic LB chefs or buy local LB products, such as freshly made sourdoughnuts, Lety's buko pie, kesong puti and dairy products from the carabao center, and much more. We provide free fiber WiFi that can be accessed throughout the house, and a home theater with 120” projector screen and surround sound. Watch movies, Netflix or hook up your own device. This is the perfect space for your corporate retreat or strategic planning, away from the hectic office. Or feel free to convert the spacious living room and second floor entertainment room for a group meditation or yoga retreat. In the shadow of Mt. Makiling, you can watch the sunrise over Mt. Turn off unnecessary lights and ac. 2. The outlets are labelled 110/220, please note before plugging your gadgets. 3. Please lock the doors at night. Close the courtyard windows if it is raining. 4. If you are going out please lock all doors and gate. 5. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm on weeknights and 12 midnight on weekends 6. Garbage- we segregate plastic and glass. Separate compostable material (maybe provide a container for it). The rest goes into general trash. 7. If you break something please let us know. 8. To operate the grill, we will provide a lighter to ignite the grill as you turn on the gas.
