The Teaney House

Snugged up between two houses in the residential city of Plattsburgh, this place is a magical little treasure with all the amenities you could need (just scaled down in size). Less than one mile from all major city locations like CVPH hospital, SUNY Plattsburgh college campus, and downtown. The space This is a one room (350 sq ft) tiny home. Let’s just say, it’s the ultimate open floor concept. There is a loft that sleeps two and a pull out couch with a queen sized mattress that also sleeps two. Equipped with a full kitchen and stackable washer/dryer. Out back is a yard (the same size as the house) that is surrounded by a privacy fence which features a grill and fire pit. Other things to note This space is NOT KID FRIENDLY. We also want to be as inclusive as possible but due to steps on the porch and the ladder to the loft, The Teaney House is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
