New Studio #2 w/ private entrance

Enjoy a private stay at this new studio w/private entrance! All equipped with a beautiful kitchenette fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave and two burner stove top.Step into our relaxing shower with a built in bench for a nice hot shower after a long day and lets not forget a good night sleep in our cozy bed.We are 5 minutes ways from Dameron Hospital,Ports stadium and Stockton Arena. Walking distance to the UOP and Grocery Store, restaurants and gas stations. And 2 minutes away from I-5 The space Both studios have a shared patio! Also we are located in a residential neighborhood so noise from the neighbors might happen. Guest access There is a shared patio for both studios to use. Once again there is no smoking in the studios but feel free to do so outside! Other things to note Any guest that are not on the reservation are not allowed on the property. Please keep noise level down from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. You do share a dividing wall with the other studio please note that some noise will be heard if the other studio is in use if there is too much noise after hours please let me know and I will try to solve the problem.
