The Santa Rosa Sound even closer! This is the perfect location to make lasting memories with family & friends. Purple Paradise offers 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with an open floor plan. There are beds for 8, plus a queen sleeper sofa. USB outlets throughout for your convenience. The kitchen has most everything you need for serving up some fabulous meals! There are extra small appliances, such as 2 crock pots, plenty of bakeware, serving platters, and even an ice cream maker! When you've had too much sun, enjoy one of the many books, games, or movies provided. You'll love the the neighborhood as well! It's perfect for the kiddos as our gated community keeps it safe for bike riding, playing Frisbee, tossing the football, etc. The community pool is just across from our home for the days when waters are a bit rough. There is a community dock for loading and unloading your watercraft, or trying your hand at catching dinner. We provide 10 beach towels, beach chairs, some beach toys, a corn hole game, 4 bicycles, a surfboard, and a kayak! You shouldn't hear "I'm bored" while you're at Purple Paradise. You'll have full access as you will be renting the entire home. Our home has a covered back deck with a gas grill and a TV to enjoy those evening cookouts. Downstairs you will find several fold up tables, a refrigerator for overflow items or beach beverages, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. We have someone locally who will assist you with any need that may arise. We are also available by email, text or phone if necessary! As stated, this is a private gated community with a pool. The beach offers a free trolley service that will take you to the restaurants on the beach during the summers months & the free concerts on Tuesdays. Also, during the summer months, the resort next to our neighborhood puts on a fireworks display every Tuesday at 9PM! You can watch this from our front deck or the dock. :) We provide 4 bikes. Bike rentals are available at the main beach area as well. Paddle boards, jet skis and other water toys are available to rent down the road at the main beach area. There is a company that will bring certain rentals to the house for your use. As always, taxis/Uber are available. Don't forget the free beach trolley! The trolley stop is just down the sidewalk from the neighborhood. If you bring a boat or watercraft, your trailer may not be stored in the driveway. Neighborhood rules. If small enough, it may be put in the garage. Otherwise, arrangements must be made to be stored elsewhere. Also, no towels or garments are allowed on the railings. Another neighborhood rule. During prime rental months, I try to stick to my 7 night, Sat-Sat rental schedule. Please message me. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL 5% LOCAL TAX THAT AIRBNB DOES NOT COLLECT IN THE TOTAL. THIS WILL BE COLLECTED SEPARATELY FROM YOU DIRECTLY. THE 3 MILE BRIDGE FROM PENSACOLA TO GULF BREEZE WAS DAMAGED FROM HURRICANE SALLY. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM THE WEST, YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A DETOUR WHICH ADDS ABOUT AN HOUR TO YOUR TIME, DEPENDING ON TRAFFIC AND THE TIME OF DAY. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND IF YOU ARE FLYING ALSO. TRAVEL TO PENSACOLA DURING YOUR STAY IS NOT IDEAL AT THIS TIME.
