The apartment features a bright and airy living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a dining table for four, and a balcony with two chairs to enjoy the beautiful city views. The bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, ensuring a good night's sleep and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries that you may need. You don't have to worry about cleanliness and comfort – fresh linens and towels are provided for all our guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the cozy bedroom, the bright living room with a pull-out sofa bed, the fully equipped bathroom, and the balcony with two chairs. Additionally, guests will have access to modern amenities such as air conditioning, high-speed internet at 100 Mbps, and a 43-inch LG smart TV to keep them entertained during their stay. Other things to note -You won't need to worry about carrying your stuff up the steps since our flat is in a building with an elevator. -Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you may smoke on the balcony. -Pets are not allowed in the apartment. We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially during the night hours. -Check-in is flexible, but please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can arrange for someone to meet you and give you the keys. -Check-out time is by 11:00 am, but we can be flexible depending on the next guest's arrival time. -We provide a welcome package with some basic supplies such as coffee, tea, sugar, and bottled water to help you settle in. -If you need any additional supplies or have any special requests, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
