If you plan to arrive earlier report it in advance, we will do everything to accommodate you. Check out is within 10 am - The City Tax is included in the price of the apartment and is equal to 6€ / night per person (for children under 10 years is free). It will be collected in cash upon arrival. - The good rules that everyone has in their own home and for a quiet living within a condominium building; respect the hours of rest, from 14pm to 16pm and over 22pm. - At your arrival you will be welcomed by me or some friend of mine. In any case we can speak english and we will be glad to explain you how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the neighbourhood. - Bed linens and towels are provided. - IMPORTANT: we inform you that due to the fact that the apartment is located in a historic building in the center of Rome it is not possible, by law, to install normal air conditioners.
