The space You will stay in a bright house, carefully decorated, designed to offer you calm, comfort and sweetness of life, minutes away from the beaches and the coastal path. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living room bathed in light, with a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Kitchenaid robot, coffee machine...) open to the living room. An ideal space to share friendly moments with family or friends. A separate toilet is also available on this level. 🛠️ Please note: the old bedroom on the ground floor has been transformed to enlarge the living room. Both bedrooms are now upstairs. Upstairs: • A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200) and a large dressing room • A second bright bedroom with storage and a small desk space, perfect for teleworking or writing your postcards • Bathroom with large bathtub • A second separate toilet 🌿 Outside, enjoy a pleasant garden with a terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and an aromatic corner available to flavor your dishes. 🧺 A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available on site (to be used sparingly). Guest access The entire property is accessible to you, including the exterior, only 2 rooms upstairs will be closed and not accessible. Other things to note 🛠️ The living room is being redeveloped: the layout may differ slightly from the photos, but always in the same spirit, designed for you with even more space and comfort. 🛏️ Both bedrooms are located upstairs (there is no longer a bedroom on the ground floor). The bathroom is also upstairs. 🚗 Private parking is easily available in front of the house. 🌿 The garden is completely private. 🧺 Washer and dryer available (to be used sparingly). ❓ We remain at your disposal for any questions or needs.
