Our charming 3 bed house in Drumcondra is a stone's throw from the city centre with excellent links to public transport including Dublin Airport (15 minutes by bus). The space Our home would make a fantastic base for anyone visiting the city. We normally live here full time, but we AirBnB when we visit family in Italy. It is an old house in need of some renovation, however everything works perfectly and we do our best to make your stay super cozy! Plus we're full of pro-tips about where to go in the city, and for trips around Ireland. The house is in a great location, located just 2 minutes walk from Drumcondra rail station and has Dublin Bus routes 1, 11, 13, 16, 33, 41/a/b/c, 44 passing by. The 16 and 41 buses (just 41, not the 41a/b/c) go to the airport, and the Aircoach 700 goes direct to the airport every 10-20 minutes. ***GREAT FOR EARLY FLIGHTS.*** We are in the shadow of Croke Park. The Dublin Botanic Gardens and Glasnevin Cemetery are within walking distance, as is the city centre. About 20 minutes to O'Connell St and 25-30 to Temple Bar. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house including a rear sunny garden, which is fantastic during summertime.
