Spacious room with balcony in quiet villa

Do you want to come and have a good time in Annecy, one of the most beautiful cities in France, with its lake and surrounding mountains? We are pleased to host you in our quiet villa 10 minutes from the city center and the lake. Your breakfast will be offered on the terrace (depending on the weather). The space You have an upstairs bedroom with balcony, the bathroom is shared as well as the kitchen. The terrace is available. Linens, sheets and towels are provided. Guest access Very easy access to the accommodation, parking in the paved courtyard. You can travel by bus (direct line) to Annecy. Small shops are close and within walking distance. During your stay We are often present but very discreet. Possibility to spend the evening on the terrace in summer around a good meal offered by your hosts. Other things to note Quiet neighborhood. WIFI. We know the area very well and can advise you on interesting outings and mountain hikes, winter and summer. We have a cat and two chickens.
