Villa apartment with terrace and garden close to the city center

Welcome to our beautiful and bright villa apartment in one of Copenhagen's most sought-after residential areas. The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor and is located in a quiet neighborhood only 3 km from the city center and 2.5 km from Copenhagen's best beach. It's 10 minutes to the city center by bus. The apartment is 122 sqm and consists of two adult bedrooms, one children's room, kitchen, bathroom and large living room with access to a beautiful, west-facing roof terrace. In addition, there is access to a lovely garden, which is shared with the tenant. The space NOTE: This is a private, authentic apartment where people live on a daily basis! That's why there are also personal belongings and home vibes. We do not offer hotel standards with identical towels and bedding, but of course we provide clean towels and bedding (washed with hypoallergenic detergent = non-perfumed detergent). Please be aware of this when booking the apartment. ______ The apartment: consists of two floors with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Nice kitchen with new oven, gas stove and everything you need in kitchen equipment. Open and bright living room with large book and record collection, which you are welcome to explore. From the living room, there is an exit to the terrace, which is on the first floor. Nice view of the garden and equipped with a large corner sofa and dining table arrangement with space for 4 people. Small fireplace on the terrace as well as a parasol. Modern bathroom with toilet and shower. Room 1: large double bed (180 cm wide) Room 2: double bed (140 cm wide) Room 3: double bed (120 cm long) Please note that the villa consists of two separate apartments, of which ours is the UPPER one. So you share the staircase and entrance through the garden with the downstairs apartment. Therefore, we cannot control what the staircase at the bottom looks like. In return, you have half the garden to yourself. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note Thank you for being considerate of our downstairs neighbors when you stay in my apartment. In the hot summer weeks, you are very welcome to water flowers on the terrace and inside! :)
