The full kitchen has an under counter refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, 2 burner electric stove and everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. Ceiling fans and Mitsubishi split AC/Heat make this unit comfortable year round. The bathroom has a 2 person tumbled marble shower with 2 shower heads. Outside on your private deck is a 2 person Solana spa, table/chairs. In the common area there is a Weber gas grill, bike rack, washer/dryer and upstairs deck under the large Spanish lime tree to enjoy drinks or meals.
