Nearby the Castle, with balcony

Familly friendly accomodation. In case I give you all necessary equipement for babies and little kids, plays included. Playgrounds and picnic areas are close. All the appartement is for you. You have two rooms, a bathroom with a bath, a kitchen, a balcony. Fridge, washing mashine, owen, elevator. Acces to the garden. Walk the green parks, gardens, stairs of the surroundins of Buda Castle, discover it's museums, courts, the view over the city. Citycenter is in 25 minutes by bus or metroline 2. The space You will have acces for all the appartement, rooms, balcony, bathroom, wc, kitchen, with a private entry, no other guests in the place. I am waiting couples, little families, or a small group of friends, maximum 3 adult person. One king size double bed (2 person) in the room, and one (1 person) sofa in the hall will wait for you. You can join a kind of little sofa to your bed, perfect for babies less than two years, and I have an additional sleeping place for kids under 120 cm. The teakitchen is open to the hall with an arched window. The hall and the room are connected, as you see in the pictures. The room and the half-roud shaped balcony is sunny in the afteenoon, if you want to sleep late a shutter will protect your dream. Toilet and bathroom are separated, the hot water works with electricity. It is a quiet place ... still the rails are nearby. Every transport public are availeable in a few minutes, buses, trams, metro line. The castle is just for a walk, the center is in 15 min distance. By train, you can easily pop up in an hour to Balaton lake for a splash. Guest access You can use the teakitchen, with cooking possibilities, the fridge, the hall and the living room, the bathroom and the toilet, and the washing mashine. No other guests, all the flat is just for you. You can share with the neighbours the green, shady garden of the house downstairs, to chill out, and an another balcony in the stairs, sunny in the morning. Other things to note Please be quiet in the stairs and in the elevator. Don't smoke inside.
