The space This cozy 480 sq. ft. apartment is centrally located to the beach, Daytona and New Smyrna. It is conveniently located on the road leading directly to the bridge which crosses over to the beach. The house is situated at the back of the deep lot, away from the busy road. Lot width of 54 feet can accommodate most larger vehicles and trailers. The gardens provide a tranquil setting as they grows into a lush oasis. The upstairs apartment stairs lead you to the inviting outdoor balcony space where you can enjoy the breeze that blows through the property. Inside you will find a cheerful bohemian style environment, with tasteful and playful nude art and quirky decorative touches which are globally inspired, sexy, and designed to spark your creativity. The bright kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and the essentials you will need for your stay. The bedroom offers a serene environment with queen-size bed and room-darkening shades. The bathroom is just off the bedroom - a small but appealing area which has been fitted to maximize the space. The 28" x 27" shower will NOT leave you with that luxurious spa feeling, but it will get you clean. Feel free to open the window to catch the breeze coming in off the ocean, and don't forget to peek out in the morning for a view of the sunrise. A garage is on the first floor where your hosts may occasionally come to work on small projects. The neighbors are very nice and we request that you be respectful of them by limiting noise, especially later in the evening and into the night. We have asked them to contact us in the event that guests are disruptive. There is ample parking on the deep lot. Other things to note No refunds if you were unaware of something that is mentioned in our listing. It is our belief that people should feel comfortable in their own skin and that the amazing human body can be celebrated outside of just museums. Tasteful and creative nude art and photography is incorporated into the bohemian décor, and may include photos of previous guests who decided they wanted to be a part of the groove. It is a small unique collection of historic homes that the town of Port Orange was built around. There is a convenience store and several restaurants within walking distance. Please note, however, that once you leave the calm that is inside the picket fence, you will encounter a busy road. Please use caution and patience as you come and go.
