Any PACKAGES shipped to you during your stay will be assessed a $10 HANDLING FEE by the resort. Other things to note THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. Please enjoy your starter set upon your arrival to your magical oasis! SUPPLIES INCLUDE: 2 trash bags, 2 K-Cups, 1 small dish soap, 1 sponge, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: H2O Therapy- 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body lotion, 1 toilet paper roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Department or Grocery store to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Get your garbage out by 8 am! Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. *PLEASE NOTE- Trash will NOT be picked up and incur a possible fine if bench is over full and doesn’t close completely. You will be responsible for any fine assessed! If you have more trash than allowed in the bench by the front door or you missed garbage pickup, please dispose of your trash in the garbage compactor across the street by the basketball court. GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. There is 1 assigned parking spot in front of your house. Additional unassigned paved parking is available adjacent to your home inside the gated community. Check in: 4 pm EST Check out: 11 am EST **Early Check-In/Out is available on a case by case basis.** Self-check-in & self-check-out made via electronic keylock / keypad. Entire house is available for Guest use except closets locked with coded locks.
