With a cozy double bedroom, a private lounge featuring a Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube & cable tv), and a newly renovated bathroom, you’ll have everything you need to relax in comfort. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, this is the perfect base—calm, convenient, and full of thoughtful touches. This home is ideal for guests who value comfort, thoughtful design, and friendly vibes in a family setting. The space The rental area is the basement of a 3 story terraced house. Our bedrooms are on the top floor, with the kitchen and our living room on the ground (middle) floor. There is free parking right outside the house. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the bedroom, bathroom, and living space. You’ll also have shared access to our fully equipped kitchen and the laundry room. Please note that the laundry room is located just outside your bathroom within your private area. We may occasionally need access to it, but we always communicate this in advance and coordinate it respectfully to ensure your privacy is maintained. The bedroom has a door that can be locked for added peace of mind. The staircase from your living area is open to the floor above, but we do our best to minimize any disturbance. During your stay We’re here if you need us—but only if you do. We follow your lead: if you prefer peace and privacy, we’ll happily give you space. If you’re up for a chat, we’re always glad to connect and share stories. Our priority is that you feel relaxed, welcome, and completely at home. Past guests have appreciated both our warm hospitality and our respectful distance—whatever suits you best. Other things to note We’re a friendly family with two curious and sociable boys (ages 6 and 9), so don’t be surprised if you get a few questions when using the kitchen! Also, our family living area is directly above the rented space. On weekdays, we’re usually up around 7am, and on weekends around 8:30am, so light morning noise is possible.
