Welcome ‘Grisiau’r Afon’ (The River Steps). It’s a cosy cottage (two up and two down), featuring a large sheltered decked terraces with views over the river valley to the rear. Ideally located in the heart of the most northerly seaside village in wales. The property has easy access to the coastal path, beaches and wider area. When calendar availability allows, we’re happy to consider reduced‑rate extra nights so you can enjoy a more relaxed check‑in, check‑out, or both. The space The Property is a cosy terrace property on the High Street close to the beach and all village amenities. The main entrance opens out into the living /dining area which then leads to the kitchen. There is a laundry room located next to the kitchen in a separate room. The kitchen also has access to a decking area which has steps down to a lower decking area and on to a stoned garden area. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms a landing and a shower room. Guest access Guests have full use, and, sole access to the property including the decked area to the rear of the property If you’re looking to access the property for an early arrival, or even a late departure, just send us a message. When the calendar availability allows, we’ll consider reduced‑rate extra nights so you can enjoy a more relaxed check‑in, check‑out or both. There is a side gate next to the ice cream shop which allows access to the side of the property down to the stoned garden terraced area. So if you need to store surf boards, paddle boards, scooters, bikes in the garden over night, there is plenty of space. Even for sea kayaks (larger toys will need to be passed down over the fence to the decking). Other things to note Parking: There is free parking outside the property during the day but it’s limited to 30 min stays with no return within an hour, however, parking during the evening (18:00 to 09:00) is fine. There is a free car park just up the road and around the corner in the free public car park. Also there is further parking on the small beach which is accessed from driving down the side of the Stag Pub. The road leads down to the harbour and onto the beach. Pets: One pet only please, and please keep them off the beds and furniture and don’t let the chew anything. Please read the property rules. Child friendly: We have baby gates at the top of the stairs and at the top of steps from the lounge to the kitchen. There are also gates at the top of each set of stairs down to the decking.
